A coal oil company is a state-owned enterprise that produces formaldehyde and oil. The waste water in the gasification workshop is ash water, and the water volume is about 100t/h. A well-known brand film was used in the factory, resulting in a large number of wire breaking and scaling. Figure:

In order to ensure the production water of gas workshop, the original 1 # membrane pond ash water MBR was replaced, and the backwashing system was added.

Negative pressure produced by membrane water production

The load test of the membrane was carried out after the installation. At this time, the membrane has been running in the membrane pool for more than a month. In the load test under the sub-conditions, we can see from the table above that the negative pressure has no obvious change with time, basically keep floating around a straight line. This proves that JF membrane can maintain a certain negative pressure under long running conditions. The negative pressure of No. 1 system fluctuates at 0.026 accessory and that of No. 2 membrane system fluctuates near 0.016 at design flow rate. No. 1 system is located near the pump house. The sludge may accumulate more near the bottom of the pool due to the flow direction problem. The negative pressure value of the two systems is different due to the self-priming pump itself. However, the negative pressure has no obvious change during the test period, which indirectly indicates that the membrane has good anti-pollution ability.

It can be seen from the above table that the turbidity of the system is basically 2 and 1 data. Turbidity composite design requirements. The turbidity of the No. 2 system rose to about 8 on May 3. It was checked that the suction hose was loosened during operation, which resulted in the suction of raw water into the hose and increased the turbidity. When the suction hose is tightened, the turbidity is restored to 0. This proves that the filtration accuracy of the membrane meets the requirements and performs well.
